Notaries are public officials appointed by the governments of the 50 U.S. states. The position of a Notary Public protect consumers from fraud and identity theft.

These public officials witness and authenticate the signing of our most important transactions: mortgage documents, powers of attorney, contracts, adoption papers, advance medical directives are just a few the documents needing notarization.
